At Elite Electronics, we take pride in delivering clean, secure, and professional installations. To stand behind the quality of our work, all home tech installation services include a 60-Day Workmanship Warranty.
This warranty covers the quality of the installation performed by our technicians and ensures that the work was completed safely, securely, and according to industry standards.
Warranty Coverage
Our 60-Day Workmanship Warranty applies to installation services performed by Elite Electronics, including:
• TV mounting
• Soundbar installation
• In-wall power kit installation
• Cable concealment and cable management
If an issue arises within 60 days that is directly related to the installation performed by our technician, we will return and correct the issue at no additional cost.
What Is Covered
• This warranty covers installation-related issues such as:
• Mount stability or mounting hardware installed by Elite Electronics
• Improper leveling of mounted TVs or soundbars
• Installation errors related to in-wall power kits or cable routing
• Installation defects that affect the functionality or safety of the mounted setup
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, our team will inspect the installation and make the necessary adjustments.
What Is Not Covered
The workmanship warranty does not cover issues caused by circumstances outside of the original installation. Examples include:
• Physical damage to the TV, mount, wall, or surrounding area
• Damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents
• Customer adjustments or modifications to the mount or hardware
• TVs or mounts installed or modified by third parties after installation
• Installation changes requested after the original service is completed
• Manufacturer defects related to TVs, mounts, or other hardware
Mount hardware and televisions are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
Customer-Provided Equipment
If a customer provides their own TV mount or hardware, Elite Electronics cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or performance of that equipment.
Our warranty covers the installation workmanship only, not the customer-provided hardware.
Customer Equipment and Television Liability
Elite Electronics is not responsible for damage to televisions, mounts, or related equipment caused by manufacturer defects, equipment failure, or hardware supplied by the customer. If a customer chooses to provide their own TV mount, bracket, or accessories, the warranty covers installation workmanship only and does not extend to the performance or structural integrity of the provided equipment.
Televisions and mounting hardware are subject to their respective manufacturer warranties.
Structural Wall Conditions
Elite Electronics installs mounts based on visible wall conditions at the time of installation. However, we cannot guarantee or be responsible for hidden structural conditions inside walls that are not visible during installation.
Examples include but are not limited to:
• Weak or damaged studs
• Improper framing behind drywall
• Hidden water damage or deterioration
• Metal framing or construction conditions that limit anchoring strength
If structural issues inside the wall affect the installation after service is completed, they may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Television Size or Equipment Changes
This warranty applies only to the television and mounting configuration installed during the original service.
If a larger or heavier television is installed on the mount after the original service, the installation may require a new mounting service to ensure proper support and safety.
Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue related to a recent installation, please contact us to schedule a service inspection.
Our technicians will evaluate the setup to determine whether the issue is related to the original installation. If the issue falls within the warranty coverage, we will correct it at no cost.
